Covelo Group is hiring School-Based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support K-12 students in Concord, CA. Enjoy a predictable weekday schedule with up to $28/hr pay and weekly payroll.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available with a Monday-Friday schedule, no nights or weekends. Benefits such as medical, dental, vision and 401(k) start after 30 days of full-time employment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• BLS certification required or preferred.
• CPI certification preferred.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students.
• Implement behavior strategies and reinforce positive behaviors.
• Support students working toward IEP and 504 plan goals.
• Track progress and complete daily documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and support teams.
