Job summary

Covelo Group is hiring a school-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Vista, CA. The role offers a consistent, Monday–Friday schedule within a K-12 setting, providing one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, tracking progress, and collaborating with teachers and staff to maintain a positive learning environment. Prior ABA or special education experience is a plus, with CPI certification helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supporting individuals with behavioral needs preferred.
• ABA or special education experience in school, home, or clinical setting is a plus.
