Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for school-based roles for the 2026–2027 year and beyond. Positions offer full-time or part-time schedules, with pay ranging from $26 to $28 per hour depending on assignment, experience, and certifications.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, support IEP goals, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs and school staff to adapt strategies while maintaining confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy using ABA per IEP goals.
• Collect accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and school staff to adjust strategies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA-based sessions in school settings.
• Support students in achieving IEP goals (behavior, social, academic).
• Record data on behavior and progress for each student.
• Assist students with independence in routines and transitions.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and proactively manage challenging behaviors.
• Communicate professionally with educators, families, and supervisors.
