Job summary

Covelo Group is hiring a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support K-12 students in the Antelope, CA area. This role offers a predictable school-day schedule with Monday–Friday hours and the opportunity for full-time or part-time employment.

You will implement behavior plans, work one-on-one or in small groups, and document outcomes while collaborating with teachers and support staff. A high school diploma and current BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• ABA, CPI, or school-based experience preferred but not required.
