B Above Autism Services is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings. The role involves implementing plans designed by a BCBA and collecting data to monitor progress, with direct impact on children and families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
