Nyman Associates, Inc. is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to support students with autism spectrum disorder in school settings under BCBA supervision. You will implement ABA-based interventions, collect data, and help advance educational goals.

Qualifications

• RBT certification from BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred in psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience working with children with ASD in school or clinical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavior intervention services to students.
• Collect data on student behavior and progress.
• Implement behavior support and positive behavior plans.
• Collaborate with the clinical leads/directors and document progress.
