Job summary

PLS Therapy Services in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an RBT to join our in-person team serving children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a community-based learning center.

You will work with supervising BCBAs, collect data, document progress, and support families through meaningful, play-based interventions while contributing to ongoing professional development and a collaborative clinical culture.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children with disabilities.
• Duval County School Badge.
• Must have a positive attitude and be able to work in a team.
• High School Diploma or College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as part of a treatment team to make a difference for children and their families.
• Instruct, motivate, and assist clients to learn using play and naturalistic activities.
• Work with supervising BCBAs to implement learning interventions.
• Collect data for intervention analysis.
• Document progress on goals and other clinical documentation for patient records.
