Job summary

Launch Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated Behavior Therapist to work with children diagnosed with autism, either in their homes or at the clinic. You will implement individualized behavior plans and collect data to ensure high-quality treatment, while collaborating with a team of clinicians and staff.

The role requires an RBT certification (or willingness to complete the 40-hour training) and a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to complete 40-hour training (course cost paid by Launch).
• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Capable of routinely lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Able to pass state and federal background checks.
• Willing to travel throughout the CSRA and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Change lives by working one-on-one with children with autism, in home or clinic.
• Directly serve a community in need.
• Implement individualized behavior plans designed by BCBA.
• Use a company tablet to collect data and ensure treatment quality.
• Collaborate with clinical and support teams to enhance client progress.
• Mentor new team members as they launch their ABA careers.
