Job summary

GAMUT Behavioral Services is seeking motivated educators to support students in school settings as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This role involves one-on-one support in classrooms with goals set by teachers and BCBAs, and data collection to track progress.

We provide free RBT training, a supportive work environment, and school-based hours Monday through Friday, with full-time and part-time options. Successful candidates will complete required clearances before starting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completed 40 hour RBT Training.
• Preferred experience includes ABA, autism support, behavior support, and working with individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized goals designed by a special education teacher and/or BCBA.
• Gather quantifiable data to evaluate plan effectiveness.
