Job summary

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, school-based position in Woolwich Township, New Jersey. This role offers a consistent schedule, competitive pay, and the chance to impact a child’s educational and developmental journey in a supportive school setting.

Responsibilities include implementing BIPs, data collection, and providing 1:1 support across settings under BCBA guidance.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement BIPs for students with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on student behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support in the classroom and during school activities.
• Assist students with academic tasks and development of social skills.
• Direct 1:1 support across all educational settings per BCBA plans.
• Data collection: frequency, duration, interval, and ABC data.
