Job summary

Interactive Kids seeks an dedicated School-Based ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will support students in public school settings across South Jersey, implementing behavior plans and data collection while collaborating with teachers and families.

This is a full-time, day-hours role with two additional after-school sessions weekly. Starting pay includes $23/hour for RBT and $20/hour for ABA Therapist, with company-provided supervision, and

Qualifications

• Previous ABA experience, school-based experience preferred.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Professional communication with students, families, and educators.
• Calm, collaborative, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Directly support one student daily to build skills.
• Implement individualized behavior plans and collect data.
• Collaborate with teachers, Child Study Teams, families, and supervising BCBA.
• Engage in ongoing training and supervision; provide after-school ABA sessions.
