Jump Ahead Pediatrics in Woolwich Township, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, school-based position. This role offers full-day pay including lunch, with hours from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and a guaranteed daily schedule within a supportive school setting.

Ideal candidates will hold an active RBT certification and have prior experience working in a school environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on student behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support in the classroom and during school activities.
• Assist students with academic tasks and the development of social skills.
• Direct 1:1 Support and implement BIPs and goals across educational settings under BCBA guidance.
• Data collection of real-time behavioral data as directed by the BCBA.
• Assist assigned students with personal hygiene and independence training per IEPs.

• Pay Rate: $28–$31 per hour
• Hours: 7:30 am - 2:30 pm, M - F
• Compensation: Paid for the full school day, including lunch

Requirements

• Active RBT certification
• Previous experience working in a school setting

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on student behavior and progress
• Provide one-on-one support in the classroom and during school activities
• Assist students with academic tasks and the development of social skills
• Direct 1:1 Support: Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and individualized goals developed by the BCBA across all educational settings, including General Education, In-Class Resource (ICR), Pull-Out Resource, and the S.T.E.P. program.
• Data Collection: Accurately collect real-time behavioral data (e.g., frequency, duration, interval, and ABC data) as directed by the BCBA.
• Toileting & Personal Care: Assist assigned students with personal hygiene, scheduled toileting protocols, and independence training in accordance with their IEPs.
• Skill Acquisition & Prompting: Utilize least-to-most prompting strategies to support academic work, functional communication, and peer interactions during SMART Lunch, electives, physical education, and other school activities.
• De‑escalation & Safety: Implement approved behavioral intervention strategies to maintain a safe learning environment for the student and others.
