Job summary

Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. is seeking Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) for opportunities in Aston Township. You will deliver behavior-based interventions in school and home settings, with responsibilities including documentation and participation in supervision.

The position requires a High School Diploma, one year experience, and RBT training. Compensation starts at $20/hr, processed weekly, with flexible scheduling to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• Must complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal.
• Provide current health documents, including physical exam, TB test, CPR, and First Aid Level 2 certification.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and effectively in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical one-on-one, behavior-based interventions in various settings.
• Document progress through written clinical notes for each client encounter.
• Participate in required weekly supervisions to ensure high-quality care.
