Job summary

Spectrum of Hope is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for center-based ABA. You’ll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, helping them communicate, play, and thrive through structured sessions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bonus points for experience in childcare, education, or caregiving

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism
• Implement fun, structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans (paid training and certification on us)
• Cheer them on as they learn to communicate, play, and thrive
• Track progress and learn how to make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with supportive, experienced BCBAs to develop life-changing care plans
