Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician in good standing with BACB.

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience as an RBT, preferably in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with each student’s educational team to develop and implement intervention strategies for the classroom and school environment.
• Provides classroom and building-wide behavior support and coordinates with specialists when additional assistance is needed.
• Supports building principals with building-wide consequences and ensures behavior plans are followed with fidelity.
• Contributes to fostering positive behavioral outcomes and a safe, inclusive learning environment.
