12:45 PM – 6:00 PM. Must complete 3 weeks of training from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Compensation

$16.80 – $20.00 per hour based on experience and RBT certification status. Training is paid at a lower rate.

Responsibilities

• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Work with children to promote skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
• Celebrate victories and milestones with children and families.
