Job summary

Buckeye Union School District seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct behavioral intervention under a BCBA supervisor. You will work with students, teachers, and families to implement plans, track progress, and adjust interventions as needed to foster a safe and effective learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current RBT certification.
• Experience with children with special needs preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
• Collect and record accurate data on student progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and other staff to support students' behavioral needs.
• Assist with the development of behavior modification strategies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
• Provide crisis intervention and support when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and school policies.
