Job summary

The Shore Center, Bayshore Jointure Commission, is seeking a classroom support staff/RBT to join our team. This full-time position offers responsibilities including assisting in data collection, developing instructional materials, and supporting behavior plans within classroom settings at Bayshore Jointure Commission.

The role requires 18 years of age, a high school diploma, adherence to BACB ethics, and completion of required training with annual renewals.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age.

• Pass background check.
• Complete 40-hour training.
• Complete initial competency assessment.

Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teacher in overseeing data collection.
• Preparation and development of instructional materials.
• Assist in implementation and management of instructional programs.
• Assist in implementation and management of behavior plans.
• Complete paraprofessional responsibilities as defined in the paraprofessional job description.
• Participate in continued supervision.
