Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (BACB) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend in-person; implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Provide one-to-one or small-group behavioral support in classrooms and school settings.
• Collect and record behavioral and instructional data accurately.
