Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician.
• Valid RBT certification.
• Experience working with children with autism in a classroom setting.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to develop and implement individualized education and behavior plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to teach adaptive skills and reduce problematic behaviors.
• Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
• Provide regular feedback to parents, teachers, and other team members on student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and interventions.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
