Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Neshaminy Public School District is seeking RBTs to support a special education classroom for autistic students, under BCBA supervision and using behavior protocols in the school setting.

You will collect data, maintain graphs and progress reports, and participate in parent training and generalization sessions. This full-time, 10-month role follows the school calendar with summer opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Associate degree required.
• RBT Certification required or ability to obtain within first 60 days of employment.
• At least one year of experience in an educational setting working; autism experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior protocols designed by BCBA in school setting.
• Collect and record data under BCBA direction; maintain graphs and progress reports.
• Conduct baseline, treatment, and generalization sessions; parent training.
• Attend to universal safety precautions and develop progress reports with BCBA.
