Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking an RBT for a school-based role in Broomall, PA. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement evidence-based behavioral strategies to support student growth, collect data, and help students achieve academic and social-emotional success.

The position offers a structured school day, collaboration with experienced BCBAs, and opportunities for RBT credentialing through the ASCEND program. Benefits begin after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required;Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field;RBT certification strongly preferred.
• Must have one year of experience with children/adolescents with behavioral challenges;CPI Safety certification preferred.
• Previous RBT experience preferred; training and supervision provided.

Responsibilities

• Support students with emotional, behavioral, and social needs throughout the school day.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-building programs developed by a BCBA.
• Assist with classroom instruction and school-wide PBIS initiatives.
• Collect and maintain accurate behavioral and student progress data.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and teach replacement skills.
• Assist with FBAs and PBSPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and other educational professionals to support student success.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment.
