Job summary

Devereux Educational Strategies and Solutions (DESS) in Aston, PA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with behavioral plans and emotional needs. You'll work under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help implement evidence-based strategies in a school setting.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–3:30 PM), competitive pay, and strong clinical support. Training and RBT credentialing assistance are available.

Qualifications

• Education credentials as listed; RBT certification preferred or in process.
• One year of direct work with children/adolescents with behavioral challenges.
• Commitment to crisis intervention/Safety protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support students with emotional, behavioral, and social needs throughout the school day.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-building programs by a BCBA.
• Assist with classroom instruction and PBIS initiatives.
• Collect and maintain accurate behavioral and progress data.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and teach replacement skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and others to support student success.
• Maintain a safe, structured learning environment.
