Nyman Associates, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a school-based role in Berwyn, PA. You will provide direct behavior intervention services to students with ASD or developmental disabilities under supervision of a BCBA or qualified professional.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA-based instruction, collecting data, monitoring progress, and collaborating with the educational team to support student outcomes. RBT certification required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification from BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with children with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavior intervention services to students.
• Implement ABA-based behavior support plans under supervision.
• Collect data and monitor student progress.
• Support skill acquisition and implement positive behavior plans.
• Collaborate with school team and document services.
