Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in New Hampshire. The RBT will implement behavior support plans under the direction of a BCBA, providing ABA-based instruction to promote skill development and reduce problematic behavior.

The role requires BACB RBT certification, 5+ years of related experience, and availability for afternoon hours (1:30–4:00).

Qualifications

• BACB-certified RBT required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with developmental disabilities or related populations.
• Availability for early afternoon hours (1:30-4:00) required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients’ behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior and provide ABA-based instruction to promote new skills.
• Monitor client behavior, collect data, and report data to supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and client’s family to support meaningful changes in client behavior.
