Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students with Autism in public schools. Working on-site five days a week, you'll provide critical behavioral support under the guidance of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year full-time experience as an RBT in a school or autism program.
• Experience with children with Autism or behavioral challenges highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and daily routines.
• Collect accurate behavioral data and submit session notes.
• Assist students with daily functional tasks.
• Participate in therapy sessions and team meetings.
• Support BCBA in skill-building and communication modeling.
• Help reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
