Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students with Autism in public school districts. You will work under a BCBA supervision to improve behavior and learning outcomes.

Responsibilities include 1:1 support, implementing BIPs, data collection, and collaboration with school teams. On-site positions with start in September 2026 for the 2026-27 school year.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
  • Completion of 40-hour RBT training from an approved provider.
  • Successful completion of the RBT Competency Assessment.
  • RBT Certification from the BACB is required.
  • Experience working with children with Autism or behavioral challenges is highly preferred.
  • Ability to follow a behavior plan with consistency, compassion, and accuracy.

Work Arrangement and Hours Per Week: On-site 5 days a week, 35 hrs.

Student Age Range: Prek-12

School-Based Experience: MINIMUM 1 year CURRENT Full Time Paid Experience working as an RBT in a School or Autism Center Based Autism Program with Prek-12 age group is Required

Position Overview

Princeton Staffing Solutions is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work in public school districts supporting students with Autism and behavioral needs. As a member of the special education team, you’ll play a critical role in improving student behavior and learning outcomes under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
