Pediatric Developmental Services in Summerville, SC is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect progress data, and support families in applying strategies at home and school.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the treatment plan
• Support the BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
• Participate in team meetings and training workshops
• Ensure that the client is always in a safe and positive environment
