Job summary

ABLE Kids Services LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children aged 2–6 in our Columbia, SC clinic. You will implement BCBA-approved plans, collect data, and work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team.

We offer company-paid training, including the 40-hour certification course and exam, a guaranteed 40-hour week, regular raises, monthly bonuses for attendance and documentation accuracy, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (some college is a plus).
• RBT certification, or willingness to complete our company-paid 40-hour course and exam.
• Reliable transportation to and from the clinic.
• Commitment to reliability and daily attendance.
• Clean background required, CPR training and background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinical setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by BCBAs.
• Support and guide parents under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and document data on treatment goals.
• Participate in orientation, ongoing training, and team collaboration.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment.
