Job summary

ABLE Kids is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children aged 2–6 in a clinical setting in Columbia, SC. You will deliver ABA interventions, collect data, and help implement plans under BCBA supervision.

The role offers guaranteed full-time hours, training opportunities, and a supportive team culture. Starting pay is $18.00/hour with raises and quarterly bonuses available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college is a plus.
• RBT certification, or willingness to complete company-paid 40-hour course and exam.
• Reliable transportation to and from the clinic.
• Commitment to reliability and daily attendance.
• Clean background and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinical setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by BCBAs.
• Support and guide parents under BCBA supervision.
• Communicate professionally with families, team members, and supervisors.
• Collect and document data on treatment goals.
• Participate in orientation, ongoing training, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment.
