Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time School Based RBT to support students in applicable schools in Maryland. This 35-hour-per-week role offers a competitive salary and a generous benefits package.

Responsibilities include providing 1:1 ABA therapy, implementing plans created by BCBAs, collecting progress data, training families, and participating in team meetings. The candidate should be patient, communicative, and able to work well with children and parents.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Ability to collect data to monitor progress.
• Strong communication with children, families, and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of the plan.
• Support the BCBA with training families on implementation.
• Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
• Ensure the client is in a safe and positive environment.
