Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with potential to grow to full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings to implement ABA-based treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
