Job summary

Ro Health is hiring School Based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond. Ro Health partners with school districts across Massachusetts to provide placements, supervision, and growth opportunities in a flexible, supportive environment.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy, help students meet IEP goals, and collect data under BCBA supervision while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain
• Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs (preferred)
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using ABA and BIPs designed by a BCBA
• Support students in achieving goals in IEPs including behavior, social, communication and academics
• Collect and document data on behavior and skill acquisition and collaborate with BCBAs and school staff
