Job summary

Dragonfly Cares is seeking dedicated RBTs and BTs for full-time, school-based positions in Nassau County. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students on the autism spectrum during a typical school day, under BCBA supervision, collaborating with teachers and school staff to implement individualized plans.

Hours are Monday through Friday with no evenings or weekends, following the school calendar. Candidates should have a background in ABA and a passion for helping children grow academically,

Qualifications

• 1:1 ABA therapy with school-age children under supervision.
• Record data on student behavior and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff daily.
• Experience in school-based settings is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology or special education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and behavioral support under BCBA supervision throughout the school day.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans aligned with learning goals.
• Collect and record data on student behavior and progress.
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
• Maintain detailed, professional documentation meeting school and agency standards.
