Job summary

Point Quest Group in Columbia, SC seeks a School-Based Physical Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time role focuses on developing individualized treatment plans for students in K-12, based on IEPs or medical plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to set goals.

You will also supervise PTAs, conduct evaluations, complete medical reviews, and maintain thorough documentation and progress reports.

Qualifications

• Must hold SC PT license or be eligible to obtain licensure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check as applicable by state.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver individualized treatment programs for students K-12 based on IEPs/medical plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to establish goals and accommodations.
• Oversee and support Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) as needed.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of student needs, including initial and ongoing assessments.
• Complete annual and triennial reviews in a timely, compliant manner.
• Maintain thorough documentation and provide progress reports.
