Job summary

Reach Higher ABA is staffing physical therapists in Montgomery County Public Schools. You'll help students with gross motor and mobility needs move safely and take part fully in school. We're also hiring licensed PTAs to work under a PT's supervision.

Schedule is 7-hour school days, 1-5 days a week, following the MCPS calendar (summers off). Salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 per year, with required Maryland licensure and training prior to first day.

Qualifications

• Maryland PT license required.
• School-based pediatric experience preferred.
• Completion of Maryland Online IEP training before start date.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students and write reports and IEP goals.
• Provide therapy for gross motor skills, mobility, posture, strength and endurance.
• Recommend wheelchairs, walkers, orthotics and other mobility equipment.
• Advise school teams on positioning and accessibility; attend IEP meetings.
