Qualifications

• Must have Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in New York.
• Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
• Experience in a school setting with students with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students' physical, gross motor, mobility, and functional needs to provide individualized therapy.
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy in classroom-based, individual, and group activities.
• Develop and maintain progress notes, treatment plans, and session documentation; monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy into the school environment.
