Cross Country Education is seeking a School Physical Therapist for a local contract in Norwalk, CT to support K-12 students with mobility and functional skills. You will evaluate, set goals, and deliver interventions while collaborating with educators and families to promote progress in school settings.

The role is 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, on-site in Norwalk, with competitive pay and benefits. CT licensure and school-based experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• CT PT license required.
• School-based or pediatric physical therapy experience preferred; strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to K-12 students to support mobility and participation.
• Conduct evaluations, set goals, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with educators, families and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs and promote progress across school settings.
