Cross Country Education in Sodus, NY is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to support K–12 students, primarily at the elementary level, helping them move with confidence and participate fully in classroom activities.

You will evaluate student needs, develop individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to monitor progress and promote student success. A NY PT license and Master’s degree are required; experience with school-aged children is preferred.

• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, student progress, and services provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid New York State Physical Therapist (PT) License
