Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed school-based Physical Therapist for the 2026-2027 academic year in North Carolina, working across 2-3 elementary/middle schools near Raleigh. You will deliver therapy aligned with IEPs, assess progress, and collaborate with teachers and families to support mobility and participation in classroom activities.

This full-time contract offers weekly pay, comprehensive medical coverage, a 401(k) match, and travel between sites to ensure consistent student support

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist License.
• Experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
• Ability to travel between 2-3 school sites within the district.
• Commitment to a full-time schedule throughout the academic year.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educational teams and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy services and interventions as outlined in IEPs.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and document student progress.
• Lead and participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations to support student goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate mobility strategies into the classroom environment.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records according to state and district standards.
