Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide direct services in multiple Huntsville-area schools for the 2026-2027 academic year, about 20-25 hours per week. You will collaborate with an experienced MCBOE PT to deliver services under IEPs and coordinate caseloads across campuses.

You’ll travel between schools, document sessions, monitor progress, and participate in IEP meetings to support student goals.

Qualifications

• Active and valid state license as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Preferred experience in a school-based setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to design and implement therapy plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students according to IEP specifications.
• Coordinate with another PT to manage the caseload and school assignments.
• Maintain thorough documentation of sessions and progress for each student.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations to support student goals.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff across campuses.
