Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy or eligible alternate degree.
• Minnesota licensure required or ability to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based PT services to students birth–21.
• Collaborate with general and special education staff on adaptations to environment and instruction.
• Maintain documentation per state and federal requirements.
