Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas PT license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs using standardized tools and observations to determine required services.
• Share evaluation results with parents, educators, and district staff with clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with IEP teams to design individualized therapeutic interventions.
• Deliver direct therapy or supervise PTAs in implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records for IEP reviews.
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
