Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a School-based Physical Therapist to evaluate students, design and deliver IEP-aligned interventions, and monitor progress in a supportive educational setting.

You will collaborate with educators and families, lead therapy sessions or supervise PTAs, and contribute to effective special education programs while maintaining compliance with Texas standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas Physical Therapy Licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs with standardized tools and student-centered assessments to determine the need for services.
• Share evaluation results with parents, educators, and district personnel with clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with IEP team to design evidence-based interventions addressing student needs.
• Deliver direct therapy or supervise PTAs in implementing IEP goals.
• Collect and document progress data for IEP reviews and service planning.
• Participate in ARD meetings and conferences to advocate for students.
