Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas seeks a dedicated School-based Physical Therapist to help students improve mobility, access classrooms, and gain independence. You will conduct evaluations, develop IEP-aligned interventions, and deliver or supervise therapy services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or higher from an accredited program.
• Active license by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Current CPR certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs with comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations using standardized tools and student-centered assessments.
• Communicate findings to parents, educators, and district personnel with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with IEP team to design evidence-based, individualized therapeutic interventions.
• Provide direct therapy or supervise PTAs in implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor progress by collecting and documenting data for IEP reviews.
