Job summary

EDU Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide current and compensatory services to students in a school-based setting. This role supports student access to educational programs and independence within the school environment.

You will work closely with educators, parents, and administrators, following a structured school-year framework and benefiting from a therapist-owned organization that values collaboration and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree from a CAPTE-accredited university.
  • Active state licensure and/or certification OR ability to obtain prior to start.
  • Experience working with children or in schools is preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services to students in a school setting.
  • Evaluate, screen, and monitor student progress.
  • Write evaluation reports, progress notes, and IEPs.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to support student goals.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.
