ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide focused services in a school setting near Talbotton, GA. The role covers a single student with a flexible, contract schedule, starting ASAP and ending 05/21/2027.

Responsibilities include collaboration with school staff and families, monitoring goals, and maintaining thorough documentation to meet state and district requirements. This is a meaningful, low-hour commitment opportunity.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Physical Therapist (PT) license required.
• School-based PT experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to individual student needs.
• Strong communication skills with staff, students, and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver focused physical therapy services to one student according to their IEP.
• Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and family to develop and monitor therapy goals.
• Conduct evaluations and adjust therapy plans as needed based on the student’s progress.
• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and compliance with all state and district regulations.
• Participate in relevant meetings and provide professional expertise within the educational setting.
