Performance Pediatrics LLC is seeking a dedicated Full-Time School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) in Sussex County, NJ. You will provide school-based therapy services to students, evaluating needs, planning treatments, and supporting participation in the classroom.

Ideal candidates hold a New Jersey PT license and bring a passion for helping children develop mobility and independence, with strong communication and teamwork to coordinate with teachers, families and other pediatric professionals.

Qualifications

Full-Time School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) Performance Pediatrics

Sussex County, NJ

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team full-time, providing school-based therapy services within local Sussex County school districts.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat students with a variety of developmental and physical needs, develop individualized treatment plans, address IEP goals, complete required documentation, and collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

• Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license
• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

This is a full-time school-based position, with additional clinic hours available for the right candidate for those interested in expanding their schedule within our pediatric therapy setting.
