Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to support K-12 students in a district-wide role in New Jersey. This full-time contract runs from September 4, 2026, to June 25, 2027.

The position involves working across multiple schools with collaboration from educators and families to meet IEP goals. The role requires NJ licensure, school-based experience or interest, and ability to complete onboarding requirements.

Qualifications

• NJ Physical Therapist license
• Experience or interest in school-based settings (K-12 preferred)
• Ability to complete state/district onboarding: TB test, physical exam, fingerprinting
• Strong interpersonal skills with students, families and interdisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to travel between multiple school locations within the district
• Commitment to full-time hours (35 hrs/week), Mon-Fri 8:30AM-3:15PM
• Willingness to participate in a Zoom interview

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions to K-12 students
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote student success
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals related to physical therapy
• Travel between multiple school sites to provide consistent services
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports per guidelines
• Support student outcomes by participating in team meetings and PD

• Commitment to full-time hours (35 hours a week), with availability Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 3:15PM
• Willingness to participate in a Zoom interview as part of the hiring process
