Job summary

Performance Pediatrics LLC is seeking a dedicated Full-Time School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) in Sussex County, NJ. You will provide school-based therapy services to students, evaluating needs, planning treatments, and supporting participation in the classroom.

Ideal candidates hold a New Jersey PT license and bring a passion for helping children develop mobility and independence, with strong communication and teamwork to coordinate with teachers, families and other pediatric professionals.

Qualifications

Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
Experience working with children preferred.
Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
Passion for helping children improve mobility, independence, and participation in the school environment.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat students with developmental and physical needs within school settings.
Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
Complete required documentation and collaborate with teachers, families and multidisciplinary team.
